Role Highlights

Experience & Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with proven experience in Early Years education; background in SEN or exposure to SEN settings is advantageous
  • Creative and patient approach to working with young children, with a natural ability to connect with and engage young learners through play-based and interactive methods
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, essential for working effectively with SEN professionals, parents, and caregivers to provide a comprehensive support system for each child
  • Commitment to inclusive education and a dedication to fostering an environment where all students can explore, grow, and achieve foundational skills at their own pace
  • Enhanced DBS check required to ensure the safety and security of all students
