Experience & Qualifications

  • Previous experience with children exhibiting challenging behaviours is preferred, along with familiarity with various behaviour management techniques.
  • Strong communication skills and a positive, resilient approach are essential for building rapport with students, staff, and families.
  • A commitment to promoting an inclusive educational environment that celebrates diversity.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for helping students overcome learning barriers are vital.
  • A current and clear Enhanced DBS check is required for the safety of students.
