Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and organised Work Experience Coordinator to join our Quality and Learner Experience team. In this role, you will lead the coordination and delivery of the College’s work experience, employability, careers, enrichment and tutorial programmes. You will support the Head of Learner Experience to ensure students across all campuses benefit from high-quality personal development opportunities that enhance their progression, wellbeing and future success.
You will work closely with employers, curriculum teams, external agencies and student groups to design and deliver a comprehensive programme that includes work experience placements, careers guidance, enrichment activities, student voice initiatives and the Students’ Union.
