Position: Talent Acquisition Executive

Office Location: Hammersmith – London ( 4 days office / 1 day WFH ) 

Salary: £31,000 PLUS Bonus + Enhanced Holiday

Contract: Full Time – Permanent

Start Date: Immediate Start Available 

Ideals: Retail Management Experience & Or Recruitment Experience

PLEASE NOTE: We are not a recruitment agency, there are no sales and there no commission / placement fees. We are in house people team but for multiple brands looking after their entire retail operation from build, design, stock, staff and managing the business as our own. This role sits within the people team.

What the Talent Acquisition Exec will be doing?

You will be involved in every step of the candidate journey from recruitment to onboarding to training to reporting to payroll to HR. The best thing is the people you hire you will have a relationship with and see them grow within their retail roles.

The role would suit someone who is / has:

• Retail Management Experience
• Recruitment experience gained from – Retail MGMT / Agency / In House
• Works at pace and can manage multiple projects and campaigns
• Malleable with a solution-orientated mindset
• Enthusiastic and passionate about people
