  • Lead client communication, weekly WIP meetings and stakeholder updates
  • Brief design, production and installation teams throughout project delivery
  • Approve drawings, samples and technical specifications
  • Coordinate logistics, deliveries, site readiness and installation schedules
  • Act as the onsite point of contact during installations, resolving issues quickly while maintaining quality
  • Complete snagging, project handovers and final project documentation

What's In It For The Senior Project Manager?

  • Fast-growing retail business working with major global brands
  • High exposure to clients, creative teams, production teams and retail partners
  • A role with real ownership across retail fit outs, branded environments and experiential projects
  • Energetic, entrepreneurial culture where pace and accountability matter
  • Genuine variety across creative production, installations, live environments and retail activations
  • The opportunity to shape how Agile Retail delivers exceptional retail experiences as the business grows

Company Benefits

  • Dress down office environment
  • Office gym / communal bar / cafe / dog friendly office / outdoor terrace
  • Quarterly company bonus
  • Enhanced paid holiday
  • Booze bar & snack area
  • Regular work socials inc summer & Christmas parties
  • Wellbeing allowance

The Role Would Suit Someone Who Is:

  • Experienced managing retail, experiential, interiors, live events or creative production projects
  • Confident leading projects from concept through to completion with full ownership
  • Commercially aware with experience managing budgets, timelines and project profitability
  • An excellent communicator who enjoys building long-term client relationships
  • Organised and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects
  • Confident coordinating design, production and installation teams
  • Comfortable managing onsite delivery within fast-paced live environments
  • Solutions focused with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
  • Passionate about delivering exceptional retail environments and customer experiences

Bonus Points If You Have Experience With:

  • SketchUp or AutoCAD
