SEN Learning Support Assistant – Fulham

Are you an experienced SEN Learning Support Assistant ready to support pupils with additional needs in an Outstanding primary school?

An Outstanding primary school in Fulham is seeking a dedicated SEN Learning Support Assistant to join its team. The Role – SEN Learning Support Assistant

As an SEN Learning Support Assistant, you will:

•             Provide targeted support for pupils with SEND in class

•             Deliver structured interventions in literacy and numeracy

•             Adapt learning materials to meet individual needs

•             Support pupils’ communication and language development

•             Be confident in behaviour management

•             Liaise with teachers and external professionals to implement support plans

The Ideal SEN Learning Support Assistant Will Have:

•             Experience supporting pupils with SEND in a primary setting

•             Understanding of EHCPs and targeted intervention strategies

•             Strong communication skills

•             Confidence supporting speech, language and social development
