Key Responsibilities:

We’re looking for a flexible, detail‑obsessed Recruitment Researcher-ideally with experience at a search firm -to partner with multiple Talent Acquisition partners. You’ll own candidate mapping, sourcing, and market intel.

  • Use deep-dive research techniques to build comprehensive search maps for active and passive candidates across all seniority levels.
  • Track industry movements, competitor hires, and return market insights to the TA team
  • Manage job postings on TeamTailor (ATS), headhunting for additional candidates as required by TA team.
  • Brainstorm with the TA team on recruitment strategies and support TA with role intake calls.
  • Lead multiple research assignments in parallel-and hit tight deadlines with consistent accuracy.
  • Work independently and autonomously while partnering with the HR team, and stakeholders.
  • Inform on market insights to help shape and drive recruitment strategy.

Your Experience:

  • Minimum of 2–3 years in reputable search firm or senior-level TA research, especially within retained search firms.
  • Proven strengths in mapping talent, identifying hidden candidates using a variety of methods, and delivering actionable market insights. Pragmatic and solutions-focused when research hits snags.
  • Able to drive multiple campaigns simultaneously, prioritising without missing detail and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong experience using LinkedIn Recruiter (2+ years) and Boolean search expertise.
  • Proven experience and comfort maintaining structured workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
  • Ideally experience with TeamTailor or any other inhouse recruitment CRM programme.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Be able to work in an ambiguous environment.
  • High level of professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Experience across multiple industries or geographies (EMEA global scope is a strong plus).
  • Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken) with the ability to distil complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in either Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.

We operate a hybrid model 3 days a week in office from Hammersmith which will be a crucial as we build the presence of the HR team.
