  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, allowing for effective collaboration with colleagues, support staff, and parents to provide a comprehensive support system for each student
  • Commitment to inclusive education with a willingness to personalize lessons and accommodate individual learning styles to promote student engagement and success
  • Enhanced DBS check required to ensure the safety and well-being of all students
