Our ambitious school in Hammersmith is seeking a dedicated and skilled Science Teacher to join our successful and growing Science department. Location: Hammersmith 

Role: Science Teacher (Full-Time, Permanent)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver engaging and challenging Science lessons across Key Stages 3-4 (and potentially KS5).
  • Inspire students to develop a deep understanding and appreciation for a wide range of scientific concepts.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to share best practice and enhance the Science curriculum.
  • Contribute to the assessment and monitoring of student progress in Science.
  • Potentially contribute to extracurricular Science clubs or activities.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Degree in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field).
  • Proven experience teaching Science at secondary level (ECTs welcome to apply).
  • Strong scientific knowledge and a passion for the subject of Science.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate students in Science.
  • A commitment to fostering a positive and engaging learning environment for Science.
