Salary: OTE: £50,000 per annum

An opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join a respected independent agency in Chiswick, handling residential lettings while delivering high standards of customer service in a competitive market.

This role offers the chance to work with a dynamic independent lettings agency in Chiswick. You will play a key role in increasing market share while maintaining a high level of client care within the residential lettings sector. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Managing the lettings process from initial enquiry to move-in
• Registering applicants and matching them to suitable properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing detailed feedback
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Ensuring compliance with current lettings legislation
• Contributing to the overall growth of the branch 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience as a residential lettings agent
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• High standard of customer service
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Well presented, organised and self-motivated
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Local knowledge of West London preferred
• Full UK driving licence and own car essential
• Professional and ethical approach to estate agency
