The Role

The successful candidate will take responsibility for the day-to-day management of the school site, ensuring it remains safe, secure, clean, and well maintained.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs
  • Managing the security of the school site
  • Monitoring health and safety procedures
  • Ensuring the buildings and grounds are well presented
  • Liaising with contractors where required
  • Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school

The Successful Candidate

The school is looking for someone with previous school caretaking or site management experience who is reliable, proactive, and takes pride in maintaining high standards.

A practical, hands-on approach, good organisational skills, and an understanding of health and safety are essential.
