Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver a range of sports activities and lessons that engage students of all abilities.
• Promote the benefits of physical fitness, healthy lifestyles, and teamwork.
• Lead group and individual sports sessions, ensuring all students are involved and supported.
• Work closely with teaching staff to integrate sports into the broader educational experience.
• Monitor student progress and adapt activities to meet the needs of different skill levels.
• Encourage students with special educational needs or disabilities to participate fully, ensuring all activities are inclusive.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment, adhering to all safeguarding policies and procedures.

Experience and Qualifications:

• Experience coaching or teaching sports, ideally in a school setting.
• Ability to engage and motivate students, encouraging participation and effort.
• Understanding of working with children with special educational needs or disabilities is an advantage.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• A clear DBS check.
• Right to work in the UK.
