What the ideal candidate would have

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching ICT/Computer Science at KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
  
• A track record of securing strong pupil progress and outcomes
  
• The ability to deliver engaging, well-structured lessons that build confidence and independence
  
• Strong subject knowledge and a commitment to high academic standards
