IMG is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to support the Designers that sit within the Digital team and work across a range of prestigious sports clients. This role focuses on producing original and creative content for our client brands, with a strong emphasis on the efficient and detail-oriented production of digital assets for social media platforms.

The ideal candidate will have a strong design sensibility, excellent presentation skills, great attention to detail, a problem-solving mindset, and a desire to grow. You must be up to date with current design trends and capable of bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.

Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and PowerPoint is essential. The role is dynamic, with responsibilities that shift daily offering variety and creative challenges.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities-

  • Support the Design Team with the development of rights holder creatives, which including hygiene graphics, digital campaigns, and branding
  • Ideate and develop concepts in collaboration with the Senior Designer and account managers, meeting the brief that has been outlined
  • Produce engaging designs, graphic elements, assets, and visual treatments
  • Work with the Account Managers to ensure all briefs are clear, concise, and aligned, making sure reasonable timelines are set and output is delivered on time
  • Work with the Design Team to develop leading industry approach across platforms
  • Good communication across project leads is key

Knowledge and Experience-

  • An understanding and interest in sports is essential.
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Bachelor’s degree in design required or equivalent experience
  • A grasp of practical knowledge in presentations, layout, branding, typography, logo design and infographics
  • Advanced skills in Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator. After Effect and PowerPoint as a plus
  • The ability to work with templates and style guides to deliver high-quality creatives
  • Work that demonstrates an ability to experiment, develop, and resolve authentic creative outputs

  • Ability to communicate ideas clearly (both visually and verbally) with both internal and external presentations
  • Good time management when working towards conflicting deadlines
  • Confidence to initiate design ideas, communicate clearly and ask questions
  • Attention to detail, ensuring high quality standards
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to take initiative to drive creative thinking
  • Ability to collaborate and work both independently and alongside team members
  • Confident to work independently over a range of design aspects across a diverse range of clients
  • Open-minded and receptive approach to feedback

Working Conditions-

  • This is a permanent position based at our office in Chiswick Park.
  • You may be required to occasionally attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
  • Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
