We have an exciting opportunity for an inspiring and driven General Manager to lead The Dove.

About The Dove
Nestled on the banks of the Thames in Hammersmith, The Dove is a Grade II listed pub steeped in history and brimming with charm. With its timber-framed bar, hidden riverside terrace, and roaring fireplaces, it's regularly featured in "best pub" guides both locally and nationally.

But The Dove isn’t just about heritage – it's also a standout food destination. As part of our Suburban London food concept, it delivers a premium pub dining experience with a focus on seasonal dishes, handpicked wines, and warm, attentive service.

The Opportunity
We’re seeking a General Manager who can continue to elevate The Dove’s reputation, growing its loyal customer base while developing a team that delivers excellence in every interaction.

This role suits an operator who thrives on character, champions food, and knows how to create a great pub atmosphere. The Dove has a strong base of discerning, returning guests and a healthy volume of pre-booked dining – it’s about quality, consistency, and knowing your regulars by name.
