About the Role
Urang Property Management Ltd is seeking an organised, professional, and proactive Front of House Administrator to join our growing team based at our Head Office in Fulham.
This is a varied and hands-on position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment and enjoys being at the heart of day-to-day office operations. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of reception and front-of-house functions while providing administrative support across multiple departments.
The role involves extended periods on your feet throughout the day and requires someone with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and strong attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage front-of-house and reception operations professionally at all times
- Welcome and assist visitors and clients
- Handle incoming calls and direct queries appropriately
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Arrange external postage and attend the Post Office when required
- Provide administrative support to the Admin, HR, IT, and Utilities teams
- Maintain office organisation, stationery supplies, and shared spaces
- Assist with utility-related documentation and processes
- Support the Office Manager and wider team with ad hoc duties
- Maintain a clean, organised, and professional office environment
- Undertake responsibilities such as First Aider and Fire Warden following training
What We’re Looking For
Skills and Experience
- Previous experience in a front-of-house, reception, or administrative role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Professional and confident telephone manner
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, customer-facing environment

Salary: £28,000 – £32,000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 6:00pm (1-hour lunch break)
