Help co-ordinate operational logistics, booking accuracy and operational communication to customers. Ensure unparalleled customer service and deliver accurate, detailed information at each stage of the customer’s booking experience. Join Skiworld's west London head office team as a Customer Operations Executive as we prepare for another exciting ski season.

We are looking for candidates with administrative, customer service or operations experience and a passion for skiing/snowboarding.

This is a temporary role from 22nd September 2025 until 27th March 2026 (6 month contract).

The ideal candidate possesses:

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • High proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • An ability to multitask and communicate to a range of suppliers and partners
  • Motivation and organisation with a high level of attention to detail
  • Strong ability to work within a team
