What we're looking for 🚀

We want someone who’s:

• Proactive, highly organised, and naturally helpful
• Always ready to roll up their sleeves and go the extra mile
• Warm, friendly, and approachable – you love people and it shows
• A team player who can also thrive independently

🟢 A background in customer service or front-of-house/reception is a big plus.

Key Skills 💼

• A true ‘customer-first’ mindset
• Confident communication skills (written & verbal)
• Comfortable with tech – particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel. Open to learn new AI technology.
• Great at prioritising and multitasking
• Positive, can-do attitude – someone who sees solutions, not problems

Your day-to-day responsibilities 📋

• Be the first smile people see – welcome members and guests warmly and professionally
• Know your community – greet key members by name and understand their business needs
• Answer calls and handle enquiries efficiently and graciously
• Keep the Front of House immaculate, professional, and inviting
• Ensure guests are signed in and equipped with access cards
• Support meeting room and facility checks to ensure everything’s ready
• Occasionally host tours for potential members or visitors
• Help organise and run business and social events
• Guide customers on fire safety and health & safety procedures
