We are pioneers who are redefining the Winter Event Industry. We need talented team members to unleash world-class winter magic by spreading our creative festivities far and wide.
Be a part of the Winter Wonderland Team! We’re a place that gives millions of people fun, chills, and memorable festive experiences. We’re the thinkers, people with solutions, doers and achievers whose job is to create and deliver world-class new attractions, bars and winter entertainment.
Due to the continued growth and development of Winter Wonderland’s attractions and new products, we are seeking a Creative Operations Producer to join our creative team. This role will be based at our London Offices before the event, and then at Hyde Park in London while we operate.
What You'll Do:
PROJECT EXECUTION: Coordinating the end-to-end production and operational management of PWR creative projects and PWR owned attractions, ensuring their successful delivery and the creation of captivating guest experiences.
ART DIRECTION: Apply a deep understanding of art direction and creative expertise to maintain high creative standards and ensure that projects align with the Winter Wonderland vision.
GUEST-CENTRIC EXPERIENCE: Foster a strong passion for experience design and clearly understand the end-user's perspective, delivering compelling and memorable user experiences.
ON-SITE QUALITY: Play a pivotal role in upholding creative production excellence and visual appeal by actively being the “go-to” contact on-site. Ensure the project aligns with the creative vision and overall strategy.
TEAM COLLABORATION & DECISION MAKING: To ensure cohesive project execution & attraction operations, collaborate with internal stakeholders to make informed creative decisions, including those related to design aspects derived from the design deck.
The Creative Operations Producer provides management support to the VP Creative and Director of Creative Production throughout the pre-build, production site build, and break phases of the event. This includes ownership of specific event deliverables, with a focus on new asset enhancements, themed signage rollout, and acting as the primary creative contact for site-wide major event structures. The role is responsible for high-value creative propositions within Winter Wonderland and works closely with the Event Creative Directors (London-based), alongside PWR Production and Operations, to ensure creative concepts are accurately translated into executable attractions and products.
From initial design decks through to final delivery, the Creative Operations Producer develops creative detail with appointed contractors, leads art direction, and ensures all assets are delivered on brand, on time, and on proposition for event opening. The role also coordinates external suppliers and resources, both on-site and remotely, to deliver the agreed creative intent efficiently and safely.
During the live event, the Creative Operations Producer supports the VP Creative and Director of Creative Production with on-site delivery and holds operational oversight of PWR creative elements. On designated days, the role acts as the day-to-day operational contact for PWR Bars, attractions, and the Ice Rink, ensuring smooth, safe, and effective event operations. The Producer leads the administrative coordination of the creative core team in collaboration with Creative Operations, including rota planning and deputising on site.
The role liaises closely with onsite Operational Site Management, Production and H&S teams, Incident Reporting, senior PWR leadership, and venue managers to ensure timely communication between Creative and Attraction teams and to support safe and successful operations. The Creative Producer acts as a trusted point of contact during incidents or emergencies, providing escalation support across ice attractions, Santa’s Grotto, and PWR-owned products, and overseeing reactive purchasing and budget controls in line with approved governance.
Hands-on coordination extends across PWR-owned bars, retail outlets, merchandised stock, VIP areas, and partnership activations, supporting service excellence through real-time problem solving, meet-and-greets, and account management, particularly during peak trading periods.
The role also coordinates on-site requirements for key events and venues, supports Ultra-VIP guest access when required, and represents the Creative team at daily operations meetings to ensure clear communication of actions, builds, and operational risks across departments.
Please note: This role requires extended working hours in the lead-up to the event and throughout the live show period.
