What You'll Do:
- PROJECT EXECUTION: Lead the end-to-end production and operational management of creative projects, ensuring their successful delivery and the creation of captivating guest experiences.
- TURNING THE RENDER TO REALITY: Apply a deep understanding of design briefs and agreed concepts and ensure that the final output meets the agreed high creative standards.
- GUEST-CENTRIC EXPERIENCE: Stress test the concepts. Foster a strong passion for experience design and clearly understand the end-user's perspective, delivering compelling and memorable user experiences.
- ON-SITE QUALITY: Play a pivotal role in upholding creative production excellence and visual appeal by actively being the “go-to” contact on-site, as part of the creative team. Ensure the project aligns with the creative vision and overall strategy.
- TEAM COLLABORATION & DECISION MAKING: To ensure cohesive project execution, collaborate with both internal stakeholders and external experts to make informed production decisions, with guidance from the Executive Creative team.
ABOUT THE ROLE:
- To provide project and management support to the HPWW Executive Creative team during the prebuild, production site build and break of Winter Wonderland.
- To ensure the creative concept is accurately translated into an executable attraction/product. You will support the Executive Creative team the delivery of the content and creative detail with the relevant contractors, ensuring it’s delivered on brand, on time and on proposition ready for the event opening. This will involve overseeing and coordination of internal and external stakeholders such as designers, production contractors, set builders and structural and health and safety consultants.
- To manage concurrent timelines of several different design projects, ensuring they are all kept to schedule and to budget.
- To be an integral part of the build and breakdown creative team, so that all agreed plans are adhered to on site, liaising with the HPWW Event Production team.
- To liaise with onsite Operational Site Management, Production/H&S team/Incident Reporting team, Senior IMG team and onsite managers throughout the live event to ensure shared info is communicated with Creative and Attraction managers and support, as required, ensuring safe and successful operations of the event.
- To assist with the successful operation of several IMG owned attractions and bars during the live show, including the Ice Rink and Ice Bar.

Please note this role will require extended working hours, with the run up to the event and during show.
You Have These:
- You will be a master in translating a conceptual idea into a physical product on site, and as a skilled communicator, able to keep a complex and large project team working together to deliver the creative vision.
- You will have experience with event design techniques and software, including Adobe Creative Cloud, and can read technical drawings from vendors for review.
- Able to build strong relationships and influence, you will demonstrate a collaborative spirit to swiftly get “buy in” from senior stakeholders.
- You are highly organized and detail-driven, unphased by complex budgets or managing numerous schedules at any one time.
- We are a fast-moving business, so being agile and nimble in your approach and adapting to changing environments are key!
- A can-do attitude, with a production focus to creativity and design.
EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
- An understanding of art direction and creative flair will be essential.
- Experience in project management within the live events and entertainment or attractions industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex creative projects from inception to completion.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously while tracking live budgets and invoices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and timely delivery.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software.
- Passion for live events and a deep understanding of the themed entertainment guest experience.
- Understanding and passion for good experience design to maintain the creative standard of the product.
- Detailed understanding of live event structures, coordination, build and management.
