Be an integral part of our sales team for our new luxury Residence at Kings Road Park, Fulham, which starts pre-sales in summer this year.

Let’s start with what is a Riverstone Residence? Think of a blend of outstanding apartments, with the services of a private members club and a luxury hotel. This role, which is part of the pre-sales team, is more than just a ‘taxi service’ for sales prospects. The service experience you create sets the tone for what life at Riverstone will be like and the conversations you have help prospects get to know Riverstone and us to know them.  And, don’t expect to be stuck behind the wheel all day, as part of the pre-sales team, you’re involved in all aspects of being in a dynamic sales environment.

The role is a 40 hour week Monday to Friday, shift times would normally be 09:30 to 18:00, but with the need for flexibility to meet the needs of prospects and sales events.

Key responsibilities of the driver role

The sales driver will provide a professional, secure, efficient and friendly driving service to our prospects and those who have reserved an apartment at Riverstone.

Delivering this will involve:

• Organising your daily work schedule in line with sales appointment and events
• Greet prospects at their pickup point, often their own home
• Know the local area and road situations, making recommendations for earlier start of journey to navigate and mitigate these, to ensure that prospects arrive at their destination on time
• Being able to talk about the local area, the Kings Road Park development and about Riverstone
• Ensure the vehicle is roadworthy and immaculate at all times

• Starting salary of up to £35,000 based on experience, plus performance-related bonus
