Key Responsibilities
B2B Outreach & Partnerships

  • Proactive Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential B2B partners, including interior design studios, architects, property developers, and hospitality businesses.
  • Relationship Management: Manage incoming B2B inquiries, conduct negotiations, and follow up with interested companies to close deals.
  • Outbound Sales: Actively pitch our collections to professional clients to establish long-term partnerships and trade accounts.
  • Lead Tracking: Maintain a pipeline of professional contacts and ensure regular engagement with our design community.


Showroom & Sales

  • Welcome and assist clients in our Fulham showroom, providing a premium brand experience.
  • Present and explain furniture collections, materials, finishes, and design options.
  • Send samples and product information to prospective customers and designers.


What We're Looking For

  • Sales Mindset: Comfortable making outbound calls/emails and confident in negotiating B2B contracts.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Professional, persuasive, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • Self-Starter: Highly organized and capable of managing both showroom walk-ins and a remote sales pipeline.
  • Technical Proficiency: Basic knowledge of Shopify or similar platforms (training provided).
  • Language: English fluency required; Russian or Ukrainian language is nice to have.
