Office Location: Hammersmith – London ( 4 days office / 1 day WFH )

What the Stock Operations Executive will be doing?

You will support the delivery of stock and inventory operations across multiple retail accounts. This is a data-led, systems-driven role focused on planning, accuracy and continuous improvement.

·       Stock planning & coordination

·       Inventory management & reconciliation

·       SKU setup, range files & product data management

·       New store stock setup & launch support

·       Systems management & stock trackers

·       Reporting & analysis

·       Cross-functional coordination with Planning, Supply Chain, Finance & Retail Ops

·       Process improvement & control

You will work closely with the Senior Stock Operations Manager and act as a key link between stores, central teams and clients to ensure product is delivered, tracked, reconciled and reported accurately at all times.

The role would suit someone who is / has:

·       Retail sector experience – store, head office, merchandising, supply chain or stock control

·       Strong with numbers, data and spreadsheets

·       Comfortable working with systems and learning new platforms quickly

·       Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

·       Process driven and naturally structured in how they work

·       Able to manage multiple priorities across different accounts

·       Commercially aware – understands how stock accuracy impacts margin and sales

·       Calm under pressure and able to work at pace
