IMG is seeking a talented Videographer / Editor to support the creative team and work across a range of prestigious sports clients. This role is responsible for generating, editing and producing digital content targeting optimal fan engagement locally, nationally and internationally, driving audience growth through owned social media platforms.

In addition you will be required to go and shoot content. There will be an expectation to be a self-shooter and have a good working knowledge of a variety of digital cameras and lighting equipment.

The ideal candidate is both technically skilled and creatively minded, with a passion for sports and storytelling. They thrive in fast-paced environments, have an eye for capturing emotion and energy, and can transform raw footage into compelling, client-ready content that resonates with audiences.

Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator and Photoshop is essential. The role is dynamic, with responsibilities that shift daily offering variety and creative challenges.

This position supports IMG’s digital services team in delivering high-quality creative solutions to our clients

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Support the Digital team with the development of rights holder videos, which including short form, digital campaigns, and branding.
• Ideate and develop concepts in collaboration with the account managers, meeting the brief that has been outlined.
• Edit video projects from initial concept through to final delivery, utilizing both client-supplied footage and original content you may capture yourself.
• Work with the Account Managers to ensure all briefs are clear, concise, and aligned, making sure reasonable timelines are set and output is delivered on time.
• Attend client shoots as the lead videographer, taking primary responsibility for capturing all required content at a professional level.
• Ensure all necessary footage is obtained, proactively addressing any challenges that arise during production to maintain quality and consistency.
• Working  with key sporting clients including NHL, NFL & top-flight clubs across the globe.
• Work with the Creative Team to develop leading industry approach across platforms.

Knowledge and Experience-

• Strong portfolio in videography (i.e. short videos, live streaming, docuseries, production, overlays and editing) and visual design (i.e. infographics, illustrations, animation, stop-motion graphics etc)
• Skilled in camera operation for video production and content creation
• Proven experience in a digital media organisation, film production business, content/creative studio or design agency (in a similar capacity to that of digital media content creation or content editing).
• Must have expert knowledge of digital and social media formats and hold a portfolio of past clients’ content and projects
• A track record of delivering high-quality digital content in the broadcast, digital publishing or content industry
• Must have excellent knowledge of the digital media formats that work across key platforms (such as Facebook, X, Instagram and YouTube)
• Must have experience of content planning processes, with proven experience developing content that serves multiple purposes (e.g. informs, educates, engages, excites and profiles)
• Experience creating high-quality content that aligns with organisational mission and vision, providing meaningful experiences for audiences
• Ability to skillfully and calmly work on multiple content pieces, setting priorities with related workflow(s) for yourself
• Understanding and have an interest in the sports industry.
• A good knowledge of the wider Adobe suite with extra video skills, e.g. motion graphics
• The ability to work with templates and style guides to deliver high-quality creatives.
• Work that demonstrates an ability to experiment, develop, and resolve authentic creative outputs.

Working Conditions

• This is a permanent position
• This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
• Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
• May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
• Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
