Job Title: Senior Manager Payments Delivery
Location: Hammersmith, London - Hybrid
Working Pattern: 2 days in-office and 3 days remote.
About the role
The Senior Manager Payments Delivery EMEA is responsible for the implementation of complex payments products on behalf of Capital One’s Global Payment Network in the EMEA region. This individual will manage a team of direct report SMEs and non-associate labor resources.
This position requires an analytical, innovative and creative leader who will lead a Product Deployment team of strong payment subject matter experts and will also act as an evangelist internally and externally to accelerate product implementation and deployment in the EMEA region.This employee will take a deliberate approach when personally engaging with customers and will develop their direct reports to model the same approach. Excellent client management and presentation skills, including the ability to effectively deliver information to internal and external constituents at all levels, are critical.
He or she will be actively engaged in the industry, including staying up-to-speed on market and external business factors that should be considered when making educated business decisions on deployment strategy.
