We are seeking a highly motivated and hands-on Senior Assistant Producer to support IMG’s growing Branded Content function. This role is ideal for a creative storyteller with strong technical expertise and a passion for sport, culture, and digital content.

You will work across multiple projects, contributing to the creation of high-quality branded films and digital content for global clients. The role combines filming, editing, and occasional directing responsibilities, alongside opportunities for client interaction and creative development.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Film to a high-quality standard using professional camera equipment (e.g. Sony FX6, FX3)
  • Edit premium content including features, sizzles, and promos using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Deliver content in multiple formats, including 16:9 and 9:16 with platform optimisation
  • Collaborate with Producers and Creative teams to develop creative concepts, brand campaigns and responses to briefs
  • Support pre-production planning, research, and shoot coordination
  • Assist with directing on smaller shoots where required
  • Work on studio and location-based multi-camera shoots, including support of freelance crew
  • Engage with on-screen talent including presenters, athletes, and contributors
  • Some travel domestically and internationally where required

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

Essential

  • Proven experience editing broadcast or digital content using Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Strong experience filming broadcast-quality video (Sony FX6, FX3 or similar)
  • Experience working with freelance crew (camera, audio, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of social-first content and what drives engagement
  • Experience working with talent (e.g. presenters, athletes, contributors)
  • Experience creating content for sports federations, brands, or broadcasters
  • Good communication skills (both written and verbal) with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to plan, but also work under pressure, and to tight deadlines.

Desirable (not essential)

  • Strong knowledge and a passion for sport
  • After Effects and Motion Design experience
  • Experience lighting interviews and working in studio and on-location environments
  • Ability to balance their own workload while also offering support/guidance to other team members.

Working Conditions

  • This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role.
  • You will be required to work from both our Chiswick Park and Stockley Park offices.
  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as required
  • Ability to travel within the UK and internationally
