This is an opportunity for an experienced local Estate Agent to work for a respected local company in the Barnes area, South West London. You will manage property listings, valuations, viewings, and sales while building strong relationships with buyers and sellers.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales Negotiator:

• Negotiating and progressing residential property sales from listing to completion
• Conducting property viewings and negotiating offers
• Providing accurate valuations and property appraisals
• Handling property listings and maintaining the sales database
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
• Supporting the team in achieving sales targets
• Delivering excellent customer service at every stage of the sales process 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Proven experience in residential property sales
• Previous experience in property listings and valuations
• Knowledge of the Barnes and surrounding South West London area preferred
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Professional, well-presented, and confident manner
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work effectively in a team
• Comfortable working in a busy, client-focused environment
• Local candidates preferred; no car required
