The successful candidate will be confident, personable and keen to build a career in residential estate agency. You will receive support and training while developing your skills across sales and lettings, dealing with customers, arranging viewings and identifying new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Sales & Lettings Negotiator:

• Registering applicants and matching them with suitable sales and rental properties
• Conducting property viewings and providing excellent customer service
• Handling enquiries by telephone, email and in person
• Negotiating offers and assisting with the progression of sales and lettings
• Building strong relationships with applicants, landlords and vendors
• Supporting the team with business generation and identifying new sales and lettings opportunities
