IMG are looking for a Sales Executive to play a key role in driving revenue across IMG Hospitality’s portfolio of owned and brokered hospitality events.

This is a hybrid role combining proactive outbound sales with the management of inbound enquiries, selling premium hospitality packages across a wide range of major sporting and entertainment events.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities-

Outbound Sales 

  • Proactively source and develop new business opportunities for assigned hospitality inventory. 
  • Lead outreach, pitching and deal closure across events at Wembley Stadium, including domestic cup finals, England men’s and women’s internationals, NFL games, concerts and other major events. 
  • Sell hospitality for non-Wembley events, including tennis and Formula 1. 
  • Identify and target senior decision-makers within organisations, with a focus on CEO, Managing Director and Sales Director roles. 
  • Research and obtain accurate contact details, initiate outreach, and present hospitality solutions tailored to client engagement objectives. 

Inbound Sales 

  • Manage and respond to inbound enquiries received via the imghospitality.com website for both owned and brokered events. 
  • Qualify, nurture and progress leads through the sales pipeline. 
  • For non-owned inventory, liaise with third-party suppliers such as venues, rights holders and agents to confirm pricing and availability. 
  • Present suitable hospitality options to clients and work to convert enquiries into confirmed sales. 

Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Experience contributing to sales strategy and developing new business initiatives.
  • Demonstrated capability in strategic prospecting and cold outreach at C‑Suite level.
  • Experience using CRM platforms for pipeline management and sales reporting.
  • Strong network of relevant industry contacts.

Desirable (not essential)

  • Experience within the corporate hospitality marketplace.
  • Good knowledge of the sports and/or events industry.

  • Excellent presentation and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • Ability to proactively network and build relationships.
  • Self‑starter with the ability to drive sales with minimal supervision.

  • Agility and adaptability in a fast‑paced commercial environment.
  • Effective pipeline management skills. 

Working Conditions

  • This is a permanent position
  • This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
  • Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
  • Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
