As our Regulation Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration and readiness, shaping how we prepare, respond, and continuously improve. As Regulation Manager you will be responsible for managing the Trust’s registration with its main regulator, the CQC, including developing, managing and supporting the Trust’s preparations for CQC activities, and actual CQC activity at the Trust. The post holder will provide expert regulatory advice and guidance in relation to the CQC to the CEO, Director of corporate governance / Trust Secretary, Trust board, and board and executive committees, and to both leads and front line staff across the organisation.
