Part-Time Learning Support Assistant | Hammersmith & Fulham

A high-achieving Secondary School in Hammersmith & Fulham is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join them as a Part-Time Learning Support Assistant for the remainder of the academic year.

This role would suit someone with a genuine interest in inclusive education and a desire to make a real difference in the classroom.

Learning Support Assistant | Role Overview:

• Supporting students with SEND on a 1:1 and small group basis
  
• Part-time role (3–4 days per week) starting January 2025
  
• £444 per week, paid weekly via PAYE
  
• Ongoing training and development opportunities
  
• Work as part of a supportive and experienced SEND team
  

Learning Support Assistant | Candidate Profile:

• A 2:1 or First-Class degree from a UK university
  
• Strong communication skills and a calm, confident presence
  
• Able to build positive relationships with students and staff
  
• Previous experience working with young people is desirable
