The ideal Nursery Practitioner will:

• Hold a relevant Early Years qualification (Level 2 or above) suitable for a Nursery Practitioner
  
• Have experience working as a Nursery Practitioner or within an EYFS setting
  
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of child development as a Nursery Practitioner
  
• Be a passionate and committed Nursery Practitioner with a nurturing approach
  
• Have excellent communication skills as a Nursery Practitioner
