About the Role & Team
- EMEA asset management and delivery: manage the production & localisation process of marketing mateirals to support client on-platform requirements
- Support Digital Stores team with on-store promotional content and branding
- Daily contact for assigned EMEA markets to assist with asset requests & approvals
- Support Marketing Manager with campaign implementation across EMEA with the creative production process, presentations, admin support and other ad-hoc requirements
This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do
Product and marketing assets support:
- Oversee the briefing and production of marketing assets to fulfil transactional client requests, working with agencies to produce materials
- Ensure the correct assets are available on asset servicing websites and be an expert on sourcing marketing assets for client & team requirements
- Manage relationships with LA localisation & operations team
- Establish and develop new processes where needed
- Key contact for asset website site approvals and queries
Marketing Support:
- Support Marketing Managers with the implementation of assigned EMEA Transactional marketing campaigns
- Work with creative agencies to deliver marketing campaign assets and support across other campaign elements as required
- Work with assigned transactional clients to support their marketing activity on a daily basis – source and deliver creative assets, ensure creative adheres to guidelines and meets client deadlines
- Overseeing & working with the team intern through the development of key campaign presentations & title one sheets
- Marketing support for Digital Stores commercial team, supplying slate presentations and other marketing requirements as requested
- Collate information, campaign examples and best practices and ensure timely sharing of information with internal stakeholders
- Tracking costs and raising POs for assigned marketing campaigns
- Ad hoc marketing projects to support the wider team objectives e.g. organisation of film screenings for clients
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Experience within marketing or a similar role
- Experience of managing external creative/design agencies
- Experience with Microsoft Office and Keynote is desirable
- A strong creative eye and acute attention to detail
- Highly organised
- A good understanding of the marketing and creative process
- Excellent time management skills with an ability to prioritise and work under pressure, whilst working across multiple projects and competiting priorities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good, flexible approach
- Excellent communication skills, demonstrating the ability to provide and share information clearly and concisely
- Ability to hit the ground running and demonstrate initiative
- Passion for the TV/Film/Entertainment industry
- Proficient IT skills, specifically: SAP, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
- Experience with PO raising and tracking is desirable
- An understanding of digital media and asset databases is desirable
- Basic creative brief construction experience
- Presentation skills
