What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Lettings Negotiator:

• Managing applicant enquiries and arranging property viewings
• Conducting viewings and providing expert feedback to landlords
• Negotiating offers between landlords and tenants to secure tenancies
• Progressing lets from initial offer through to successful move-in
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and applicants
• Ensuring all lettings activity is handled in line with compliance and company standards 

What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):

• Previous experience in residential lettings is essential
• Strong sales ability with proven negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, professional, and well-presented at all times
• Strong telephone manner with a positive, proactive approach
• Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle preferred
• Good knowledge of Chiswick and surrounding West London areas beneficial
• Ambitious, self-motivated, and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
