The Basics:

● Location: Imperial Wharf

● Pay: £14/hour

● Working pattern: early (545am - 145pm), late (145 - 945pm) and weekend (745am - 130pm OR 130 - 845pm) shifts available.

● 1-4 shifts per week

The Role:

As part of the Front of House team, you are the first person a member meets and an essential part of their experience. We’re looking for people who will champion ONE LDN and act as true ambassadors for our brand.

Team spirit is at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be a key part of the wider crew, working closely with coaches, management, and your fellow front of house team to deliver an outstanding member experience. You’ll help set the tone on the gym floor by creating a fun, professional, and welcoming environment where performance meets play.

Key Responsibilities:
  • You’ll report to the Operations Manager, and you’ll be supported by the Director of Fitness and Sales Manager.
  • You’ll often be the first person new members meet, and you’ll need to welcome them with energy, confidence, and a personality that empowers our community.
  • A united team is essential. You’ll be part of a close-knit crew to keep the gym running smoothly and effectively.
  • You’ll supporti coaches, PTs, and other colleagues with day-to-day operations to ensure the best training environment.
  • You’ll manage check-ins, enquiries, bookings, and memberships with efficiency and a "can-do" mindset.
  • You’ll be responsible for maintaining a clean, organised and premium club
  • You’ll also talk with prospective clients over the phone and provide club tours, to support the sales team with new member conversions
