IMG is seeking a highly motivated and versatile Creative Producer to work across both Story10 (our global sports content agency) and SNTVPLAY (our digital-first sports news team).

This role combines client-facing creative development with fast-paced editorial production, operating at the intersection of sport, entertainment, culture and digital media. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong creative thinking, excellent organisational skills, and the ability to deliver high-quality content in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Story10 (Agency / Client-Facing)

  • Act as a key client contact, clearly communicating creative ideas, insights and strategic recommendations
  • Develop and pitch innovative content concepts and multi-platform strategies tailored to client objectives
  • Apply a strong understanding of the global sports media landscape to inform creative direction
  • Deliver engaging and high-quality content solutions within tight deadlines
  • Plan and oversee productions, including on-location producing and directing small crews where required
  • Prepare and manage production budgets, with a clear understanding of crew structures and associated costs
  • Produce professional proposals and presentations that effectively articulate creative concepts
  • Demonstrate a proactive and solutions-oriented approach to creative challenges
     

SNTVPLAY (Digital Content / Editorial)

  • Lead and manage a team of producers, providing clear direction and oversight of daily output
  • Oversee the creation of engaging, digital-first sports news content
  • Manage rotas, workflows and resource allocation effectively
  • Define and maintain a clear creative direction, identifying new content opportunities and areas for growth
  • Support and develop team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Ensure content meets high visual and editorial standards, including effective use of graphics
  • Maintain a strong understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok) and content optimisation

Knowledge and Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in sports content production, ideally across both editorial and branded content
  • Strong knowledge of the global sports landscape, with an interest in the broader cultural context of sport
  • Excellent creative thinking and storytelling skills
  • Strong communication and presentation abilities
  • Proven experience in team leadership and people management
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to changing priorities

Skills and Abilities

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro
  • Experience with colour grading, on-screen graphics and digital production workflows
  • Understanding of file management and content delivery systems

Working Conditions

  • This is a permanent position
  • This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
  • Working hours are 9am - 6pm, Monday - Friday
  • May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
  • Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
  • Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
