About the Role & Team 

This position will report into the Manager, Client Services and will oversees and support implementation of new business projects and their corresponding process. 

This individual will be the interface for the day to day operations for the different lines of business. They will process day to day requests from our broadcast management systems to support the Content Operation teams and Content Distribution teams. 

They will act as the primary contact to ensure all operational data, status and utilization reporting are maintained and distributed where needed, and will work across multiple divisions to ensure common reporting standards are adhered to within a cloud based environment. 

This role will be based in our London Hammersmith office, 4 days a week, with either a Monday or Friday working from home.

What You Will Do: 

 

  • Main contact for day to day queries, filtering as  to other departments or dealing with queries addressed to Client Services 
  • Oversee all client requests to current services, ensuring that the Content Operations team is notified, requirements are documented, and that timelines sync with Senior Manager and/or Manager, Client Services 
  • Understand the detail behind all workflow for the territories supported under role: TX, playlist delivery, commercial content, OM prep, etc. 
  • Responsible for contributing to management presentations. 

 

Other General Activities: 

  • Attend and contribute to: Team; Departmental; Cluster and communication meetings 
  • Coordinate representation of Client Services within broader Company meetings as  
  • Drive to continually develop knowledge of the product slate, media types and the territories, including customers & market dynamics 
  • Provide training for colleagues as  

 

Required Experience: 

  • Experience in TV Distribution/Post Production 
  • Supervisory experience a plus 
  • Advanced computer literacy and basic knowledge of broadcast engineering/broadcast management systems.
