Junior Business Development Manager – Fashion Manufacturer - Immediate start
Location: West London
Salary: Top £35k + bens
Employment Type: Full‑Time ( 6 month contract initially ) - 1 day a week hybrid
Our client, a well‑established men's and Womenswear fashion manufacturer based in West London, is seeking a motivated Junior Business Development Manager to join their growing team.

The Role
As Junior Business Development Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the company’s relationships with former and lapsed clients. This is an ideal position for someone early in their career who is confident, personable, and eager to build their commercial skills within fashion.
Your responsibilities will include:
Reaching out to former clients the business has previously partnered with
Ensuring the correct point of contact is identified and up to date
Reintroducing the company’s services in a professional, warm manner
Helping to re‑establish strong working relationships
Following structured guidance from senior management on next steps, proposals, and client engagement strategy
Maintaining accurate CRM records and reporting on conversations and opportunities
About You - we are looking with this experience , its a must have list
Previous experience in a Business Development role , garment or fashion would be great but not 100% needed
Able to work to a KPI , target - we all know it's a numbers game
IT Literate , experience in Zoho would be ideal
Excellent communication skills , over phone, email, and occasionally in person
Friendly, proactive, and comfortable initiating conversations
Highly organised with good attention to detail
Interested in the fashion industry
Keen to learn and develop commercial and relationship‑building skills
Able to work in a supportive team environment with guidance available throughout
Commutable to West London ( Chiswick area ) and eligible to work in the UK
Available to start at short notice ( 1 week )
This role offers fantastic exposure to client management and sales development within the fashion sector, with plenty of opportunity to grow as part of a creative and dynamic business.
