Collaborating with our suppliers and broadcasters, we are looking to hire a Broadcast Coordinator to work in a team of six providing support in all aspects of transmission and bookings.
Role Purpose:
As a Broadcast Coordinator you’ll be at the heart of the action, orchestrating the live delivery of world-class tennis to tennis audiences around the globe. This is a dynamic, hands-on role where you’ll thrive on variety and teamwork planning, coordinating, and live monitoring broadcast transmissions across the latest technology platforms. If you’re a keen problem-solver who enjoys the challenge of live events, this role is central to the successful live broadcast of Tennis worldwide.
Working closely with our creative production teams, technical experts, and international rights holders, you’ll drive activities behind the scenes ensuring every broadcast is delivered to the highest standards. You’ll be the go-to person for supplier bookings, the first responder when live issues need resolving, and the friendly expert who keeps everyone in the loop with timely updates and support. The role has challenge and variety and offers an opportunity to support the Broadcast team and its stakeholders, to deliver on their commitments.
Splitting your time between the planning hub at Wimbledon and the fast-paced live operations centre at White City, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering seamless, top-tier broadcasts for the prestigious ATP Masters 1000, ATP 500, ATP 250 tournaments and the Nitto season finales.

ATP Media is looking for someone who is ready to develop their career within live sports broadcasting.
You will need to be organised and a strong communicator, keen to be central within a team working ethos and want to contribute to the wider departments success.
Possessing a strong eye for detail and composure under pressure, you will be tech savvy with strong IT knowledge, a proactive attitude, and adaptability.
A clean driving license is recommended.

Your time will be shared between our Wimbledon Head Office and the London remote production Hub and shifts can include evenings, weekends, and nights on a scheduling system.
