Job Summary  

Our brands, franchises and customer relationships are among our most vital competitive assets and fuel our continued growth globally.   

This function acts as a facilitator among TWDC Lines of Businesses (LOBs), collaborating on an EMEA and UKI scale to drive connected brand and franchise marketing strategies based on audience insights and financial performance.   

The primary focus of this role will be supporting the team to build xlob synergy plans for defined business priorities and to deploy brand and franchise plans working closely with Disney LOBs including Studio, D+ and DCP to leverage their respective platforms, resources and plans.   

This is a LOB agnostic role that is reliant on strong relationships, stakeholder management and presentation skills. 

The Supervisor will work across a variety of brands and Franchises including Disney, Pixar, Star Wars, MARVEL and National Geographic.

This is an office-based role. 4 days working in the Hammersmith, London office with 1 day working from home.  

 

The Opportunity & Responsibilities:
  

Planning: 

  • Support the corporate level franchise direction for designated branded franchises and 
  • ensure efficient comms around the business. 
  • Support the development and coordination of cross company synergy plans with key LOBs across the business to align with corporate priorities. 
  • Champion and facilitate integrated cross-company alignment and collaboration; seek 
  • opportunities which create value for the wider business and vice versa 
  • Build strong relationships with global teams acquiring a deep knowledge of title guidance, plans and assets to inform the wider business 
  • Work closely with US and EMEA local market counterparts to develop a communicative and collaborative working relationship – ensuring campaign relevant information and reporting is flowing in both directions

    The Experience and skills we Require From You:

    • Experience in a marketing role 
    • Experience in briefing agencies and media planning / implementation 
    • Understanding of a matrixed organisation and stakeholder management 
    • Financial understanding 
    • Tenacious and diplomatic 
    • Ability to use different influencing styles to achieve end goal 
    • Open communicator who shows curiosity for solution seeking 
    • Understanding of local markets across EMEA 
    • A confident presenter – able to deliver a compelling message to a varied group (internal and external) 
    • Proficient use of Powerpoint and Excel
