At Hansen, we help businesses use AI for growth and operational improvement. As an AI Delivery Manager at our Hammersmith, London office, you’ll connect technical solutions to business needs and oversee successful AI adoption that delivers real results.
This is a strategic role: you’ll lead workshops, design proofs-of-concept, and guide stakeholders through change. As a trusted advisor, you’ll shape high-level decisions and ensure AI initiatives meet business goals.
What You’ll Do
- Engage Customers: Uncover strategic goals and operational challenges to identify high-value AI opportunities.
- Lead Discovery & POCs: Facilitate workshops and design proof-of-concepts to validate solutions and secure stakeholder buy-in.
- Bridge Business & Technology: Translate requirements into actionable deliverables and ensure alignment across technical and business teams.
- Drive Project Delivery: Monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure timely, high-quality delivery of AI solutions.
- Champion Adoption: Advise on best practices for AI integration, scalability, and ethical considerations.
- Enable Change: Support organisational readiness and change management to maximise solution impact.
What You Bring
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge business and technical teams.
- Experience in designing, prototyping, and deploying AI or machine learning solutions.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, large language models (LLMs), and AI solution frameworks.
- Project management expertise and experience with agile methodologies.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years in product or project management, and 1+ years in AI solution delivery.
- Proven track record of leading customer-facing projects and deploying enterprise-grade AI solutions.
- Background in enterprise technology, data analytics, or software development.
