Working Conditions:

  • Part Time - 20 hours per week
  • Fixed Term Contract till December 2026

What You'll Do:

Payroll Processing & Administration

  • Support the end-to-end payroll process for UK employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with statutory regulations.
  • Process overtime, bonuses, allowances, and other variable payments.
  • Handle statutory payments, including sick pay (SSP), maternity (SMP), and paternity (SPP).
  • Manage joiners and leavers, ensuring all related documentation and payments are processed accurately and on time.
  • Assist with payroll reconciliations and reporting for Finance.

Workday System & Data Management

  • Manage and monitor Workday-related tasks, including approving new hires, terminations, and changes to employee data.
  • Run and maintain Workday payroll reports for Finance and HR.
  • Manage Workday cases and resolve employee issues promptly.
  • Support Workday interfaces and data validation between payroll and other HR/Finance systems.

Employee Support

  • Handle payroll-related queries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide clear and accurate information to employees regarding pay, deductions, and entitlements.

Reporting & Compliance

  • Run monthly and ad hoc reports for Finance, HR, and Audit teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and documentation in line with GDPR and internal data governance standards.
  • Support compliance with UK payroll legislation and internal controls

 

Credit card administration:

  • Processing new applications, limit changes and other actions on request of business teams and credit card users

 

You Have These:

·       Proven experience in UK payroll administration.

·       Strong working knowledge of Workday (essential).

·       Advanced Excel skills (including v-lookups, pivot tables, and data analysis).

·       Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

·       Good understanding of UK statutory payments and deductions.

·       Strong organisational and time management skills.

·       Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

 

We'd Also Love If You Have These:

·       Experience working in a multinational or complex organisations.

·       Knowledge of payroll interfaces and integrations.

·       Familiarity with finance or HR processes related to payroll.
