Join The Walt Disney Company on a two-year Apprenticeship Programme where you will get the chance to work side-by-side with industry leaders while you study towards your apprenticeship qualification - Level 4 Data Analyst Apprentice.
This is an office‑based apprenticeship with 4 days a week in our Hammersmith (London) office and 1 day working from home (Monday or Friday).
- Have achieved, or are on track to achieve, two Cs or above at A Level (or equivalent)
- Have 5 GCSEs (grade 4–9) including Maths and English
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Can start in early September 2026
No previous experience is needed, just enthusiasm and curiosity!
You will join our Audience Measurement & Insights (AM&I) Team, who keep track of how people watch TV content platforms such as linear TV, Disney+ and YouTube. They understand the popularity of Disney-owned shows and other TV or streaming content and use this information to help teams plan what content to make, how to advertise it, and how to organise the TV schedule across Europe.
Specifically, you will be placed in the Cross-Platform and Data Operations Team who work with multiple data sources such as TV ratings, Video-on-Demand (VOD) views, digital & social media metrics and transform them into actionable insight, tools and dashboards.

- Process a variety of data sources such as YouTube and social media listening tools in regular content analysis evaluation, ensuring accuracy and ethical handling of data at all stages.
- Build user-friendly dashboards to help our teams make decisions, using your creativity to present data in engaging and meaningful ways.
- Develop the ability to extract a variety of data points via internal and external systems, working closely with colleagues and sharing insights to achieve shared goals.
- Work with our Tech teams to maintain high quality databases.
- Build professional relationships and present your work to a variety of teams.

- A £25,000 annual salary and 25 days’ holiday plus bank holidays

The Selection Process & Key Dates
- Application deadline: Midnight on Friday 27th February
- Online skills-based assessment: Once we have reviewed your application, you will be invited to complete a skills-based online assessment stage to understand more about you and what you can bring to the role. You will be given a week to complete this.
- Motivational Interview (20–30 mins via Teams): Taking place between mid-March and early April.
- Assessment Day (at our office in Hammersmith): Likely to take place in early April and will include an interview, an immersive job‑relevant task and a collaborative group activity. The interview and assessment activities are designed to be friendly, supportive, and accessible for people with no prior experience.
- Offer & Onboarding: The Apprenticeship starts in early September.
