Location: Grove Park - Chiswick 

Hours: 15 hours per week (plus optional extras at weekends)

Pay: £13-15 per hour, £195-£225 per week

Your Weekly Schedule

  • Monday: 14.30 - 17.30
  • Tuesday: 14.30 - 17.30
  • Wednesday: 14.30 - 17.30
  • Thursday: 14.30 - 17.30
  • Friday: 14.30 - 17.30

Additional breakfast, weekend, and holiday shifts can be arranged around these hours.

What You’ll Be Doing

Alongside the Venue Leader and a team of 8+ Sports Coaches, you will support the delivery of our after-school wraparound programme at a primary school in Chiswick. Our service welcomes up to 100 children each day, and you will play a vital role in supervising our Early Years group (Reception and Year 1). You will focus on maintaining high standards of behaviour management and safeguarding, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment. You will also provide thoughtful, individualised support to children who may benefit from additional structure, guidance, or alternative approaches to help them feel secure, confident, and fully included throughout the session.


You'll Need To Have

  • A valid enhanced DBS, or are willing to obtain one
  • At least two years of experience working with children aged 4-7 in a play, school or care setting
  • First Aid and Safeguarding training, or are willing to complete this before starting
  • A positive attitude and a genuine love of working with children
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to stay calm and confident during busy times


It Would Be Great If You Have

  • Level 2 Food Safety
  • Early Years Educator (Level 3)
