Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Responsible for supporting on multiple key accounts with a variety of tasks across the IMG sports portfolio to achieve the department’s objective of creating best in class client servicing
- Assist in the day-to-day management of tasks across the Sports Management accounts – working with the relevant Account Managers, Account Director and Vice President
- Developing clear and concise internal and external presentations/reports – pre and post event
- Ensuring internal systems and tools such as Stadium and Legal Online are up-to-date and accurate
- Assist in contract management and the creation of rights audits
- Assist in broadcaster management across key client accounts
- Assist and track the progress of key initiatives to be delivered by the team within Sports Management
- Assist in the creation of key client presentations and documentation
- Assist in the creation of sales collateral and market reports/playbooks as required by the business and clients
- Assist with arranging meetings and the creation of detailed notes to summarise and distribute internally and externally
- Work with multiple areas of the business on a day-to-day basis including – commercial, new business, finance, legal, creative, strategy, production, distribution, digital, brand partnerships and others
- Attend events on an ad-hoc basis to support with a multitude of tasks
- To learn and develop expert-level operational skills across our key client portfolio to ensure all accounts are optimised to deliver against key business objectives
- You may also be required to carry out any other duties which are within the scope and purpose of the job
Knowledge and Experience:
- Knowledge of the media industry
- Knowledge of the tennis and motorsport industry
- Ability to learn and closely follow business practices, resources and personnel within IMG Media
- Good commercial acumen
- Numerate and analytical in order to understand and interpret data
- Ability to present at all levels both internally and externally
- Experience achieving long-range objectives and implementing the strategies and actions to achieve them
- Experience of working in sports/entertainment media

- Excellent knowledge of MS Office software, including Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams and PowerPoint
Working Conditions:
- This is a permanent position
- This role will be based at Chiswick Park, with some flexibility on remote working as appropriate
- Working hours are 9:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
- May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings
- Unsocial hours may be required, as dictated by the demands of the business schedule
- Adapting to use of new systems and technology where appropriate
